Our Story
This law firm was formed as the brain child of founder Mark D. Nusz who after spending years in the business world found that he needed to give back in some way to the community. His entrepreneurial nature drove him to build this small business as a place of financial well-being and refuge. The firm is structured around this philosophy and seeks to harness the business education and experience of the founder and turn it towards a positive purpose in areas of the law that most closely align with business and financial security.

Mark has seen a lot of the world. As a business executive, he worked on high profile projects with various Fortune 500 companies, from Florida to Washington, and Boston to Los Angeles. Mark has now blended his business background with extensive studies in the law in both Seattle and Phoenix, at two of the most exceptional universities in the western United States.
As a veteran of the U.S. Navy, Mark got a taste for travel, and explored several foreign countries including Japan, where he lived for a year after being called to active duty following 9/11.
He has a deep and varied background that has provided color to what has been an exciting life so far. He is happily married to Michelle, and they enjoy spending time with family and friends in the local area and out of state every chance they get. Together, they spend an inordinate amount of time with their three pets (we just added a third, named Brody!)
Mark and Michelle have a son and daughter-in-law and four (now five) wonderful grandchildren!!
